1.General Order Return & Refund Rules

For standard in-stock products, customers can apply for return or refund within 30 days after receiving the goods, provided that the products are unused, undamaged and keep original packaging. We will process the refund after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

2.Customized Product Special Rules (Core Clause)

All bespoke customized leather handbags are produced according to each customer’s exclusive personalized requirements, including custom patterns, sizes and styles. Customized products are non-standard finished goods and cannot be resold. Policy Overview

As an independent store, we handle full customs clearance and prepay all import VAT and customs duties for every order. Unlike marketplace platforms, there is no official system to refund or offset paid taxes for returned orders.
